ASP.NET Core Browser Injection: Port over POC Branch

Describe the story, please be clear on scope of the story.

• Create a new feature branch from main
• Merge from the POC branch https://github.com/newrelic/newrelic-dotnet-agent/tree/poc/asp-net-core-browser-injection into the feature branch, resolve any conflicts.

Acceptance Criteria

• Feature branch should builds
• Feature branch injects RUM script in an ASP.NET Core 6+ web application, just before the </head> tag
