Checkdia1-4 (generated by run_diatest): g(r) and running coordination number for diamond analyzed on an absolute scale, S(Q), zoom into S(Q) and r[g(r)-1] = PDF(r)

run_diatest also produces a text file, diamondparameter.txt with the first three distances in the pdf. For comparison, sqrt(3/16)*a = 1.544612, the CC distance is always slightly shorter than that.

For the g(r) and coordination number plot (checkdia1.pdf):

  • Reduce the calibrant (say diamond) with total scattering reduction
  • Get out a small g(r) and integrate to get coordination number
  • Give known coordination number plateaus
  • Static or dnyamic plot.

Similarly, plot

Since we go back to look at past ones, just dump out files to reload for comparison. Either static images we reload, recreate the workspaces, or fastest method that works the easiest

For reference, the runs from NOMAD IPTS-20255 to reproduce the calibration are:

Need to add Calibration/Calibration_plots.py to UI in "Advanced Tab".

@JeanBilheux, maybe we can discuss more about the UI to call this?
