Add note about cardinality schema:encodingFormat (in schema:distribution) #59

The current description of schema:encodingFormat is "The distribution’s MIME format, for example application/sparql-query for a SPARL endpoint or application/ld+json for a data dump serialized as JSON-LD. See [IANA-MEDIA-TYPES] and MDN-reference for more information." as has a cardinality of 1..n.

A clarification should be added to explain the cardinality, specifically the n-part.

For datadumps the cardinality would normally be 1.
Some API's can provide a distribution in several formats, based on the requested format (see content-negotiation).
