Import distribution into triple store (Import dump distributions to GraphDB #1) and execute queries (Apply analysis queries to dataset distribution #4):
- when the queries themselves change;
- when distribution data has changed;
- periodically (e.g. once per week) to make sure we’re up-to-date.

How can we detect if distribution data has changed. Should we rely on the distribution’s schema:dateModified for this?
