Do we replace Strings by Links in the schema.org representation of our data? Does Google resolve the URI? If they don't, I'd imagine that using Links instead of Strings reduces findability, the very reason we wanted to introduce schema.org in the first place. See this example: the data.bibliotheken.nl-URI identifies "Paul Citroen".
