option to disable xdebug #50

Its recommended to run blackfire without xdebug.
So it would be nice to have a switch to temporarly disable xdebug.

does that already work with phpenmod now?
if so, i'd plead for disabling xdebug & opcache by default and add instructions on how to switch it on
