What problem does this address?

This feature would be highly beneficial for block themes offering patterns as Live Updates, particularly for scheduled posts for publishing. It addresses the need to drive attention to specific site sections where scheduled posts such as Live Updates/Upcoming Highlights are crucial.

This is a common requirement for press media, frequently using live site updates through scheduled posts. Currently, there is no straightforward way to manage block visibility based on the scheduled posts, which limits the ability to effectively highlight, display or hide content based on future posts.

What is your proposed solution?

The proposed solution is implementing the scheduled posts (future posts) feature in the Block Visibility plugin. This feature should support all user roles, including public display, ensuring that scheduled content can be strategically shown or hidden.

I'm not sure that I fully understand this request. Do you want to conditionally display content in a scheduled post? Or display content somewhere else on a site based on whether a specific post is scheduled or not? Or something else?

A more concrete example would help illustrate this feature request. Thanks!

The way that I am reading the original request (possibly biased because it would work in my use case) is to have a block that only shows if scheduled posts exist (or don't exist).

For example, I have a weekly live training. If I schedule a post ahead of time, I could have a block that displays the titles of the next couple of upcoming trainings. Or a block that says when we normally hold live trainings and that more information will be available shortly if nothing is scheduled yet.
