NASIS-local label

This GitHub tag will be used to flag issues, pull requests, discussions etc. that affect the functionality of queries against the NASIS local database. For example: #149

This tag may in the future be used to trigger special comparisons for identifying changes in functions that are highly dependent on specific input data.

Essentially, once a local SQLite database can be used as a stand in for the MSSQL server, we can simulate queries against a "known" dataset -- with all the edge cases and problems sufficient for testing. The results of this will be stored as a build artifact and can be compared against arbitrary refs in the repo.
