Description

Support APIs to download logs that match specific conditions within a time range

Concerns

Several factors affect the volume of logs in the response:
- Number of log sources (e.g., container or file logs)
- Length of the time range
Constructing a large response in lobster-query may cause an OOM (Out of Memory)
