JetStream: Durable subscription is not restored after server restart.

Good afternoon!
I ran into a problem when the connection with the subscription is lost when the Jetstream server is restarted (new messages do not come).

Play steps:

0. Starting the Server
1. Start Subscriber. Stream 'File' . Durable subscription. PushSubscribeOptions
2. Start Sender
3. Messages arrive
4. Stop the server
5. We are waiting for a short time, we start the server, we also stop the sender
   6 Connection is restored (but subscription count is 0)
6. We start the sender - new messages do not come (of cource)
7. Stop the Subscriber and start it again
   8.1 Messages sent in paragraph 7 arrive

A few questions:

1. Is it supposed to be like this? Is this the correct behavior of the system?
2. I tried to recreate the subscription and the consumer (by timer, to confirm the hypothesis) - the messages start coming to the working Sender again.

Can this be done or is there a better solution?
Maybe you need to subscribe to some event or re-subscribe in some way?
