When doing upgrade noticed the following entry:

[9] 2021/08/27 17:07:46.198217 [ERR] Failed to reload server configuration: config reload not supported for jetstream dynamic max memory and store

Is there a reason not to allow to change jetstream storage? I'm getting a similar error (except dynamic word) when increasing the size of the jetstream storage.
