I'll look into this but I don't think so. If it's not possible by espeak nsss or sapi it's not possible in this library. FYI you can - for Google tts (not gTTS I mean their cloud voice stuff), polly, azure and a few others. However it's not fun dealing with it across the board. Infact I removed it in https://github.com/willwade/tts-wrapper?tab=readme-ov-file because it was a headache.

I'll double check before closing this
