It does not automatically add the underscore "_" documented in note-1. I haven't tested 'demux_fast5' yet but I'll get around to it soon.

Hi @fbrennen, it looks like the underscore is also omitted in 'demux_fast5'.

It's already stated implicitly but it could be worth clarifying in the docs that 'demux_fast5' can also use as summary file the Guppy output file sequencing_summary.txt if barcoding was enabled (via the --barcode_kits argument).
