  1. Open powershell and run adb server
.\adb.exe -a -P 5037 nodaemon server

  1. Set ADB_SERVER_SOCKET in WSL
adb -H 172.30.112.1 -P 5037 devices
export ADB_SERVER_SOCKET=tcp:172.30.112.1:5037
adb devices
