File name and "replace" instruction missing in margin of printed book in "Global Variables"

In "Global Variables", I found a replace instruction that was missing.

This is the relevant line in the book's source code:

I'm guessing there was some kind of loss of info in the typesetting phase, but I truthfully have no idea how to make a book, so I could be way off. 😁
