Welcome to the MultipleTemplateMatching-KNIME wiki!

Template matching is an algorithm that can be used for object-detections in grayscale images.
The algorithm computes the probability to find one (or several) template images provided by the user into a larger image.

The menu bar on the right side links the different wiki sections with instructions for installations, and video tutorial.
Refer to the implementation in Fiji for more in-depth documentation about the method.
