Case preference for snippets

Would it be possible to add a preference to control the case of snippets at time of insert? For example, with my coding style I'd like them to all be lower case.

Not sure if that's even possible in Sublime Text. You can edit the snippet on your box or add new ones. Alternatively if you find a way to implement that with the Sublime Text API I would be willing to accept a pull request. Sorry but I'm not doing any PL/SQL for the past 2 years.
