Item search, wrong item mods

Just tested the tool a bit and was testing it on my jade Flask

this was the tools result:

This is what it should have been:

The mod chosen is not the right one and since there are 2 with the same description an easy fix would be to create search groups.

Basically if a specific mod has the exact same text it could look like this:
