[enhancement request]

Implement tools to show/control the synchronisation status to the carddav server :

  • "Sync now" button
  • "Last successfull synchronisation on date:hour" message, next synchronisation in X minutes, error message of last synchronisation error...
  • list of synchronized contacts (popup?), list of not-yet-synchronized contacts

During initial setup, it is currently hard to figure what goes wrong (adress of the carddav server, no synchronisation yet...). For everyday-use, we don't know when the synchro will happen. I can force synchro on my android phone (davdroid+baikal), but I can't on my PC through roundcube.

Sync stopped working. I guess because owncloud changed the url once again. My contacts had vanished from view in this plugin. I corrected the url. I could update contacts and those that I updated here or on owncloud showed up fine on both sides. I was not abled to reimport all contacts. So I had to delete the addressbook and restart it as a new addressbook. All contacts were imported fine (although there were some error messages which didn't bother me too much).

It would be nice to force (re)sync for all contacts.
