feat: Minerva should be able to open *.txt files sent to it #22

Minerva should be able to:

  • receive txt files
  • answer follow-up questions about these files

Hi @yurijmikhalevich thanks for assigning this issue to me, just a quick question where can I obtain the GPT API key for the local testing of this project?

@Zingzy, you can register with https://platform.openai.com/ to get one for testing. But I would suggest starting with implementing txt-file receiving and reading and writing some tests for this.

Do you have an implementation plan?
