Update Infisical

Infiscal has undergone a lot of changes, e.g. MongoDB has been replaced with PostgreSQL, the backend seems to be revamped.

Additionally, the version installled by mash seems to be in an "in between" state of those changes, with a lot of issues.
Also the official Infisical documentation no longer matches, or diverges in subtle aspects, because of the many changes.

I don't know much about Infisical or Ansible, so I'm not sure I can be of much help. But I'm willing to test, if that helps with anything.
