Failure setting up AdGuard Home ([fatal] This is the first launch of AdGuard Home. You must run it as Administrator.)

Hi,

I'm setting up AdGuard Home for the first time, and I'm seeing the following failure:

I found some other upstream issues that seem related to this problem (e.g., AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome#4714). If a workaround is indeed required, I believe the documention should be updated to reflect that.
