How to add another brand receiver / sender like samsung

I have include in the ir lib with js ver.
I receive signal with my Samsung remote control.
when i emit that signal code back to Samsung TV, it does not response to it. My IR receiver still getting the signal.

Is it require to include Samsung IR lib? as https://github.com/z3t0/Arduino-IRremote/blob/master/ir_Samsung.cpp
if so, how do i include in this mongoose IR lib ?

Having the Samung IR lib would be awesome. There's a guide here about How to port an Arduino library in the Mongoose OS docs.
