Receiving messages on linked device only

Bug description

I'm unable to receive messages on the main device. However on the linked device there is no problem except for receiving message requests, those are not displayed at all and on main device end with 'Delivery Issue' error:

Sending messages from main device works however is much slower than on the linked device.

Is this a known issue?

Steps to reproduce

I'm currently not able to provide steps to reproduce. I'm investigating what could be the cause.
