In the controlled vocabulary for the application layer protocol (https://w3id.org/mobilitydcat-ap/application-layer-protocol) an item for ZeroMQ is not available.

No issues in adding new items to the vocabulary, maybe before proceeding we can collect feedback from mobilityDCAT-AP adopters to check if other items should be added

@EdNDW : I don't mind adding this. I don't know anything about ZeroMQ. Is this used widely (across Europe) or only something from the NL?

Adding new terms is not really a problem, so I propose to add this one to version 1.0.1 of the vocabulary
