Bug Description

program was start test play some songs with hercules rmx remote controler.
on The windows we push the computer to sleep. I remove usb from controler to save power . Then start computer then i put controler in ... music play visual wave forms where frozen then the software stop when i push on something with mouse. There was a message program not reacting close program.

win 10 enterprised

extra mark is :i need setup usb power nerver off or connection fail and reconnect with controler not exist

That is probably the reason for the failure.
Mixxx doesn't support 'hot-plugging' controllers, especially if the controller's sound card's in/outputs are used.

IIRC there have always been some issues with sleep/suspend/hibernate, for example WiFi is unusable when I wake from suspend/hibernate while Mixxx is running.
Can you try the other way around and check for issues

  • put PC to sleep
  • unplug controller
  • ...
  • plug in controller
  • wake up PC
