load5=55.39 load15=53.83 threshold=20.00 but pods dont evict from node

Hey 👋 -- thanks for the report. However, I need to point out that this project is (not officially, but effectively) unmaintained (as the last release is from 2019), and we're not using the loadwatcher ourselves in production anymore.

I'd be happy to review and accept a simple PR, but need to advise that this project would probably need extensive care to even get a proper build pipeline running. If anyone would be interested in getting in on properly maintaining this project, we'd welcome any level of engagement.
