I think a couple of mentions of the fact we do regular calls is probably enough, along with clear links to the Agenda/Logs where the rest of the info can live (dates, method, etc).
I'd leave out any mention of timezones etc on the website and put them nearer where we edit the agenda. Less likely to end up outdated that way.
Can we add details of the fortnightly call here so that people can see it easily if they miss the email/aren't on the mailing list?
