Add fortnightly catchup details on mirage.io homepage/sidebar

Can we add details of the fortnightly call here so that people can see it easily if they miss the email/aren't on the mailing list?

Details:

Date: Every fortnight on Wednesday (next one 16th November - not sure if we should add each date, or just a reference point)
Time: 4pm GMT (if people have a preference for timezone format, please suggest)

The calls are currently mentioned at https://mirage.io/docs/#Weeklycallsandreleasenotes (that section is now slightly out of date). It would also make sense to mention it on the community page.

I think a couple of mentions of the fact we do regular calls is probably enough, along with clear links to the Agenda/Logs where the rest of the info can live (dates, method, etc).

I'd leave out any mention of timezones etc on the website and put them nearer where we edit the agenda. Less likely to end up outdated that way.
