• Allow enable/disabled normalizers per organization #323
  Every backend developper has to think about the features that we can no longer prove. Then it is up to the design team to make a design and after that it can be implemented.

• Recommendations in Aggregate Report are too general #3874
  Should already be mostly fixed. Has to be checked.

• Who do we want to assign to a ticket? #3935
  We are going to try for a while to assign the person who is expected to be/should be working on the ticket.
  That way you can also see during the stand-up what work there is for everyone to do that day.
