New control to display additional information

Hi,
It should be realy interesting to have a new action in the control toolbar to display information that user could enter in a new field in the plugin dialog.
The plugin is OK, but it should be realy nice to give this possibility to bring extra information to end user.
An example here, it talks about energy, but with these extra info it should be perfect!
