Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
You can only page up and down with the arrow keys, and it is not draggable.

Describe the solution you'd like
Using a standard default scrollbars instead of custom ones.

Describe alternatives
Adding features to existing solution:

Drag mouse to edge to scroll down
Bind page up and down keys to same arrow key function
Add right-click menu (or stop disabling if it is disabled, i.e. on webview)
