Sympy equation rendering font

First of all, let me thank the author and contributors for such a nice tool.

I've been using it a lot, but only recently have I tried using sympy inside ein. Now instead of seeing nice latex-like formatted equations, I see equations rendered using either a weird font (Verdana?) or some equally weird form made out of monospaced fonts (see image below, together with the code necessary for reproducing this issue).
