Outdated Stylelint causing false positives when linting .scss files #175

When running checks, I'm getting the following error:

1:1 ✖ Unknown rule custom-property-no-missing-var-function custom-property-no-missing-var-function

This happens on line 1:1 in every .scss file due to the outdated version of stylelint used in the workflows:

stylelint
