Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

  • VS Code Version: Version: 1.96.4 (Universal)
  • OS Version: macOS Sonoma

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install code into path
  2. Previous solution not working when I close vs code the command code . no longer works

tried this solution but only works for a few hours then it says command not found and the EACCES: permission denied, unlink '/usr/local/bin/code' when I try to re install code .
