Describe the Issue

I'm working in a Codespace, with latest stable versions of C#, C# Dev Kit, and .NET Install Tool.

I opened an app that targets .NET9. Once the app loads, I get a toast that says: "Unable to get latest .NET Installation Data: Please update the .NET Install Tool to version 2.0.2 or later." even though I am on 2.2.3.

I haven't noticed if anything is not working. I am able to go to definition, I get IntelliSense, I can build and run. So, not sure what this is blocking or if it is just a mistake error.
