Getting started

Hi Sarah, Pamela, everyone,

Thank you for this!

I'm having trouble getting started, deploying to local. Should I use a certain Python & Node version?
I'm using python 3.12.1 and node 16.20.2

When running start.cmd it fails to restore the backend python packages.

Ah, sorry, I read further. :) It's supposed to be 3.10 or 3.11
