Help wanted to find it out what is causing exception in Syncfusion custom control

Hi!

I am building custom control based on Syncfusion controls and I got into this error and I have no idea how to debug it. I would appreciate help debugging it, or telling me whats wrong.

I have no clue why this error is happening, this should work fine. How to debug it?

Note, I am using tabs and they are probably eating all my exceptions....

How do you even debug this? How you know whats wrong?
