Steps to reproduce the bug

Fork an org's repository and make sure it has the same name.
Clone the org's repo from the clone by account flow.

Expected result

I should be able to clone the org's repo from here.

Actual result

It defaults to cloning my fork instead after clicking "Add" on the modal:
