az command line was not installed. -- spawn az ENOENT #57

Hey there --

Downloaded the Windows bedrock.exe
Put it in a folder
Added folder to path
Open new Powershell Window

Az CLI is installed

However, when I run bedrock setup the response is:

error:   
code: 1000
message: setup-cmd-failed: Setup command was not successfully executed.
  code: 1010
  message: setup-cmd-az-cli-err: az command line was not installed.
  details: spawn az ENOENT
