V1.0 Release of The CNTK Video Tagging Tool

The tool provides end to end support for generating Object Recognition Models with CNTK.

• Computer assisted tagging of objects in videos using a custom implementation of the Camshift algorithm
• Export Tags to CNTK format for training a CNTK object recognition model.
• Running and validating a trained CNTK object recognition model on new videos to generate stronger models. (Windows only in this release, GPU Recommended)
