Voice Over does not announce anything when page is getting loaded.

Repro Steps

1. Launch Embedded Social Test App.
2. Navigate to Hamburger button and double tap.
3. Navigate to Sign In link and double tap.
4. Sign In with any (Google, MS, Facebook, Twitter) valid credential and double tap on Sign Up button.
5. Create profile page will be appear.
6. Fill all the details and navigate to the Save button and double tap.
7. Verify that Voice Over announce anything regarding page spinner.

Expected:
Voice Over should convey the information when page is loading, so that screen reader user can identify the status of the loading page.
Actual:
Voice Over does not provide any information about the page spinner.

Note: This is repro throughout the application.
