Describe the bug
When creating a new project in MakeCode the create button is hidden when the Android on-screen keyboard is visible

This does not happen when the editor is opened in Chrome. The modal is automatically repositioned

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour. e.g.:
Open makecode from within the app, tap to create new project

Expected behavior

Behaviour should be as with Chrome version

From user. I think this is related

When uploading a project via URL on an Android phone, you can’t type the URL in the address box because the keyboard comes up in the way; additionally, it’s not possible to scroll or reorientate the screen to get around it. The only solution appears to be copying and pasting the URL, but it may prove challenging to share the URL between devices when it is teachers who want to share URLs on students’ personal devices (as may be the case in South Africa).
