Cannot cancel when Pair screen is automatically triggered by trying to flash from the Flash screen #26

Describe the bug
When there is no paired micro:bit, choosing to flash a file from the Flash screen triggers the Pair screen automatically.

Pressing the Pair screen back arrow to go back to the Flash screen shows the Flash screen briefly, but jumps back to Pair

Expected behavior
The Pair screen back button should return to the Flash screen, cancelling the Flash.
