macos keepalive event does not fire #78

On MacOS, keepalive jobs fail to be restarted. The timer doesn't seem to fire.

   manager.cpp:359   void JobManager::reapChildProcess(pid_t, int) job 10796 exited with status=0 term_signal=0
   manager.cpp:412   void JobManager::rescheduleJob(unique_ptr<Job> &) will restart job sh.brew.lighttpd after 10 seconds
