Permission denied / login 404 not found

Id installed v2.0.0 and v3.0.1 and get stuck on allways the same point.

After "php artisan sp:install" and configure all variables. It says "SendPortal is ready!" so i want to access the Webinterface. But im getting an Error, with permission denied.

The files in the directory belong to root, so maybe its the problem. So i changed it with chmod -R www-data:www-data.
Now there is no laravel Errorpage more, but a simple 404 from nginx, that "index.php/login" is not available.

Im also trying add index.php as index Site, but also the same Problem just with a other URL.
