Hello,
There are couple of inconsistencies in the log files naming, specifically capital letters typos in folder names that I believe should be the same. I am running version 2.19.0. The issue is when I try to backup the logs on MS OneDrive cloud, it does not support the linux file naming and marks the folders as duplicates which results only one of them being uploaded. I tried to find the relevant rules but could not easily identified them here on github.
The inconsistencies, ie both directories are present:
logs/Genecatalog
logs/genecatalog
