Hello,

I am looking for the tutorial to analyse the output file genomes/counts/median_coverage_genomes.tsv and genomes/counts/raw_counts_genomes.tsv.
But the directed webpage is not functional anymore.

Where did you find the broken link? Are the data in the Example?
