Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch the PLN events page.
  2. Scroll to the top of the page

Expected Result:
The scrollbar to be visible (placed over the title bar - as in Directory page) - please refer the snapshot attached below

Actual Result:
The scrollbar disappears behind the title bar - please refer the snapshot attached below
