Is there a way to enable TSO?

My ethernet card has it enabled by default:

...while the TUN adapter created via this crate has not:

The ethtool command just says that it was '[requested on]' but in practice it's not active.

Is this a known problem?
I couldn't find anything in the docs/issues.
