Hello all

First of all, awesome project and awesome work that you are doing with the FFmpeg bindings.

I think there is a lot of confusion to newcomers as to meh/rust-ffmpeg vs zmwangx/rust-ffmpeg or ffmpeg-next and which crate to use.

At the time of writing: the most recent publishing of meh/rust-ffmpeg to crates.io was 3 years ago, however the most recent commit was Sept 4th (2023)
Where as the most recent publishing of ffmpeg-next to crates.io was 7 months ago, however the most recent github update was Apr 4th (2023)

What needs to happen to publish a newer version of this crate to crates.io, and can I assist to with this ?

Also with respect to the project what is the plan going forward ?
A readme may help a lot of new comers to understand the status of the project.
